You may return most unopened items you have purchased from Academic Superstore within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund providing the product is unopened. If the return is a direct result of our error, we'll also pay the return shipping costs. A RMA number must always accompany all returns. Products returned without obtaining an RMA number will be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Academic Superstore.
