Excellent Washing Machine

Pros: Super large loads, excellent "whitest whites" cycle, easy to use
Cons: Lid should be unlocked for wash cycle; should be able to add additional wash time

Big disappointment

Pros: very quiet.
Cons: doesn't clean well, doesn't handle large capacity well, wrinkles clothes.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy this product, it is big bulky and not useful for large loads.

Bye bye Sears (after 40 loyal years)

Cons: customer serviceproduct reliability
The Bottom Line: I do NOT recommend Sears, because of the abominable customer service. I do not recommend the GE Washer, because it broke right away, twice!
