Poor Support & No XP Drivers

Pros: Automatic Document Feeder
Cons: Not fully XP compatible & works inconsistently.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: For a newer scanner you would think it would be better supported by the manufacturer, but the simple fact is that it is not. The company does not make ( and has no intention of making) XP Compatible drivers. So, if you install the scanner on an XP...

Fantastic Solution For The Smaller Business Or Department

Pros: Scans straight to PDFScans both sides of paperRarely jams
Cons: Larger companies should choose a bigger machineSmaller documents (receipts, etc.) don't always load as reliably
