Pros: Inexpensive; easy to setup; delivers what's promised
Cons: Buggy installation software; variable signal strength
The Bottom Line: Not a bad little unit at all. Spend a little less and get the more reliable and comparable Belkin, in possible.

Review: My mother-in-law wanted a wireless router -- well, actually my wife wanted a wireless router so she could use her laptop to take advantage of her mother's Internet connection when we're visiting her. At any rate, I was called on to get a wireless...

Pros: You can flash 3rd Party firmware which adds a ton of extra features.
Cons: Same quality as most brands and flashing with 3rd party firmware voids warranty.
The Bottom Line: Like any other decent G router but can be flashed with 3rd Party firmware to add features.

Review: I have lots of cheap routers and cards. With wireless stuff it always seem like a roll of a dice. You see people ranting about every brand including Linksys, which is often claimed to be one of the best networking brands.

Review:
I've had a home network for a while. Wired and wireless. In 2004, my wireless-B router gave up the ghost. Power cycling wouldn't fix it, and besides, that was an excuse to upgrade to wireless-G. The router before this one had... |

Review: I got it cause it was on sale at best buy. Better to spend a bit more on one that works and doesn't cause your network to crash once a week. And I'm not the only one that I know personally who hates this router. Can't connect my PS3 to it, randomly...
