Wonderful DVR!

The Cannon ZR950 Mini DV Camcorder is an amazing product! We received this as a wedding anniversary gift, and we love it! The camcorder's ease of use makes it ideal for families, as well as budding film makers. The visual effects it comes with (functions) such as black and white, sepia, mosaic, etc, make your videos even better! Its recording functions such as settings for: fireworks, beach, skiing, spotlight, etc ensure that you get the best quality recording, no matter where you are! We recorded the fireworks this fourth of July, and watching them again on playback was incredible! The battery charges quickly, and lasts a long time. It provides battery saving features, such as the ability to NOT use the LCD screen to record or playback, but to instead use the view finder. The camcorder also take still shots, which I have found come out better than most digital cameras, as it tracks the motion, and is able to simply freeze frame the shot. It records these on an SD memory card. It also comes with a remote control, so you can record video while being IN the video, as well as use the playback feature when it is hooked up to your TV with out actually sitting right next to the camcorder. It hooks up with the TV with simple AV cords. Everything about this camcorder is simple to use! Whether you are recording cherished family memories, or filming your own indie flick, this camera will provide you with the shots you need!
