The Bottom Line: This is an excellent mid level receiver. It is actually high quality, but just lacks the NUMBER of inputs to be Yamaha's high end receiver.

The Bottom Line: Yamaha has always made the better receivers with the best number of features for the buck

This is one of Yamaha's newer mid class receiver. Yamaha introduces a new level of features for a really low price. You see all the major audio manufacturers following that model now, Onkyo, Pioneer, Denon, etc. For me, I'm not the snobby audio...
