Cool features, but...

We purchased this phone to replace our old Panasonic system. We have never purchased a vtech product so we were unfamiliar with the quality but we liked the features. Well, I recommend checking the quality first. Yeah, the ringers are cool, just as is the fact that you can download ringers to the phone. It seems as though they're making home phones to compete with cell phones. We have gotten horrible reception on these phones and sounds just like we're on a cell in a bad reception area. We tried moving the sets around to maybe get a better signal but nothing helped. We are returning it to Best Buy tonight to exchange for another Panasonic system that has even cooler features than this system!
