Pros: Good looking phone, lots of features. Built in answering machine.

Cons: The main feature of uploading ringtones does not work. Tinny sounding.

Pass this phone up. It looks like a good one, but I have had mine for 2 days and its going back. The main reason I bought it was to upload ringtones to it. This feature does not work. My brother bought one off eBay and he cannot get it to upload ringtones either. I got the animations to upload, so it is not the computer. Talking on the phone sounds like your listening to someone in a tin can and there is this annoying staticy "pop" sound that keeps happening about 8 times a minute.
