Uniden TRU9466 5.8 GHz 2-Line Cordless Phone

I purchased the Uniden TRU9466 base unit and one TCX905 extra handset for my home and home based business. In spite of numerous email exchanges with their tech support, I have not been able to get line two to ring with its own distinctive ring tone. Not only that, but if line 2 is ringing and I pick up either hand set, it tries to answer line 1. I have to manually select line 2 - not the way it is supposed to be. Further more, I have found that the voice volume sometimes fades significantly and then returns to normal.

I would not recommend this phone!
