Keeps me warm at night

Therma Rest sleeping pad is a good sleeping mat. My husband and I do not use much furniture, we want to stay mobile, we move around a lot and we usually sleep on the floor wherever we are. I was sleeping on a cheap sleeping mat from wal mart before. Then a friend got these therma rest from a camping store for some guests who came to visit. After that my husband and myself started to use them. I thought it makes such a big difference, I mean this mats keep you warmer for sure. I think they have an excellent insulating effect. Sleeping on the floor can be really cold, and most of the cold is experienced coming from the floor. This mat is nice and warm when sleeping or sitting on it. It is very durable, I think we will have this mats for many more years to come. We have it now since about a year and it looks like when we got it at day one. You can roll it up nicely and, light as it is, bring it everywhere. I recommend this mat above any cheap mats you can buy in the store. It is worth the price.
