Pros: simple yet effective exercises

Cons: Music isn't very motivating, listen to your own music once you learn the moves

I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew by watching the show that Bob, the trainer, was intense and I wanted that same approach at home. (You can only walk on a treadmill for so long.) I have to say I was very pleased with the workouts. There are a variety of workouts on this one DVD, and they are all fun and challenging at the same time.
