What a workout!

I just got this DVD yesterday. I was so excited to get it, and couldn't wait to try it!

I plugged it in last night and did the warmup and the low intensity workout. WOW. I did not find it low intensity at all! It was hard. I made it through though and was sweating real good by the time it was over.

I really like the fact that there are 6 different routines you can choose from and build your own workout with. There is also a pre-set 6 week workout plan, but I haven't started that yet.

The only things I really don't like are that everyone isn't in sync. They're all kinda doing it at their own pace, and that gets confusing for me when I'm trying to do the movements with them and they switch cameras..then you're not at the same pace as the person they have the camera on now. Also, the music isn't very loud, so it's hard to stay in tempo with it.
