Pros: Costs next to nothing, does all your basic functions
Cons: Doesn't graph, but what do you expect?
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: First of all, let me start by telling you what this calculator won't do. It won't graph functions or equations for you, nor will it solve complex, multidimensional matrices. It won't calculate complex or two-variable statistics or...

Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, does complete most tasks, good for students up to Geometry. (8th grade)
Cons: Crowded Layout, battery powered, (should be solar), poor functionality, and only 3 memory slots
The Bottom Line: Only took 50 Bazooka Joe Comics to get me one of these. Just kidding basic calculator, for basic functions nothing more nothing less.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: It has always been my policy to try and find a good use for items I purchase. Most of the time these purchases are under researched impulse buys that were required to complete a task and made with such haste that one does not even consider the...

Review: As an initial warning, I must state that I have been using an TI-30 for the last eleven years, and I love it. This opinion may be a bit biased in favor of the TI-30.

Review: This calculator has behaved erratically since I bought it (and another of the same model for my partner) two years ago. The buttons are both overly sensitive to the point that you have to be extra careful not to brush against another number as you...

Pros: Large buttons that are easy to press and see.
Cons: On a standard slanted desk, calculator will wobble while pressing buttons
The Bottom Line: It can do anything you'll ever really need in life. For $12, if you break it, you can still replace it without breaking the bank.
This reviewer recommends this product.

Pros: Cheap, has solar panel, relatively big buttons, more than enough functions for scientific work.
Cons: reliability: I've seen couple of them dead; hard to read purple on gray.
The Bottom Line: Make your boss buy it to you for your work.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I needed a calculator for my work in a molecular biology lab. It had to do logs, 1/x, constants and regression. So, I took a catalog and figured that TI 30X solar fits my needs and was the cheapest model of all listed. I had been working well for...
