TO289 Works great, want another

This is a great toaster oven for even cooking and baking. Has great features and temperature control. The 60 minute timer and auto shut off feature sure help for our busy schedules. The toasting is decent for an oven, the left slice tends to be faster for some reason. You can fit 4 real slices of toast, not 6 as advertised. They must use miniature bread!

We use this for cooking chicken and mini pizzas. It is great for defrosting and then toasting bagels. We sometime bake those half trays of brownies and miniature cakes that you can buy in the frozen section.

The grill function doesnt work all that well. The rest of the functions are great. If the directions for a product say a certain temp for a certain time. I can put it in this oven and it comes out perfect. You can preheat when baking if you like but because of the convection, I find it really isnt necessary.

Not the easiest to clean inside because of all the nooks and crannies. Outside cleans up easily. I think the trick is to clean the inside while still warm.

Mine unit is unfortunately broken after 3 years of moderate use. First the timer knob cracked and fell off, then the hinge went. Finally the convection fan stopped working. I would buy another one if I could find it locally! Hence why I am online looking around.
