=Plot=
John Clasky loves to cook. He's one of the best cooks there is and he has enough money to get his family anything they desire. When an immigrant woman named Flor comes to him looking for work, he hires her as the family's housekeeper. Flor and her daughter, Cristina stay at the home much to the anger of John's wife Deborah who is insecure and thinks her husband is cheating on her. John has to manage a worried wife, his own restaurant, his daughter, Flor and her daughter all without breaking down.
=Actors/Actresses=
Adam Sandler plays John Clasky and he does an amazing job. I love how he has to juggle everything in his life yet he still maintains time to cook himself an egg sandwich. I like his calmness and I also think he's one of the better characters in the movie because he is so easily related to. Tea Leoni plays his jealous wife Deborah and I give her credit for her acting, but I absolutely hated her character. I mean, come on, the man is a gem, give him a break already. Then there's Paz Vega who plays Flor and I think her acting was sensational. She is a single mom who has to struggle to get by and I like how she builds a friendship with Adam Sandler's character in this movie.
=My Opinion=
In my opinion this movie was one I really cherish. I think all of the characters are relatable and I love how they all build trust with one another and how John Clasky tries to manage all these things in his life that cause him so much stress yet he still manages to smile. I love the way John gives Flor and her daughter a chance for a better life and how he finally tells his wife off. I love this movie and I think it's great how Adam Sandler can show me he can be serious, not just in this movie, but in others as well.
