Worth the price

Great quality pictures. Ability to "scale back" the resolution to get more pictures on a floppy if quality isn't THAT important.
Lots of 37MM accessories available from variety of manufacturers to enhance the photo taking experience. (Telephoto, wideangle, close-up, etc.) Not limited to Sony Corporation accessories.
Backlight can be turned off, but camera is useless without it, so it's a worthless feature!
Another nice feature is ability to use AC adaptor with camera if power is available, so the need for a 2nd battery is reduced.
Would be nice to be able to use a remote, but isn't a real high priority.
