v600s are NOT the v6

Date of Review: Nov 29, 2000

the v600s are NOT the highly acclaimed v6s (which happen to be cheaper). please do not buy the v600s thinking they are better than the v6. cause they are not. the v600s have muddy bass and really can not be considered "studio monitors" simply because they distort the bass! buy them if you like muddy bass. otherwise, stay away!

i would not be surprised to see that many of the reviews here are for the v6 but under the v600.

please do not compare these headphones to hd-600s or even grados, they simple are in a different league. hardly audiophile quality.
