This is by far the best game console on the market. Yes it is pricey, but good things are not cheap and cheap things are not good. First of all you can not compare the graphics from the PS3 and Xbox360 systems. Because if you know a lot about computers, then you will know that each graphics company has its own color shadings, so it makes comparing graphics redundant. They only thing that places the PS3 in the shadows is the amount of games issued so far. The Xbox360 has more games but what is the point of buying games that are rubbish. After that down fall, the PS3 reigns supreme. It has a blue-ray system for movies and also plays and up-scales DVD's and other video formats, that alone cost more than a PS3, it handles up to 7 wireless controls, it has 4 USB ports, uses many different memory devices, an optional Linux operating system can be installed, it outputs different formats of video and audio, can be linked to you computer and or stereo receiver, it can be connect to HDMI compatible TV's and computer monitors, it has the ability to surf the internet, it can buy and downloads games from the Playstation Store, it is very reliable unlike the Red Ring or Ring of Death from a Xbox360. When you look at a PS3, you know it means business. These are just a few of the abilities of a PS3. And let’s not forget its backward capabilities. When compared to a Xbox360, the Xbox360 looks like an ugly toy with a big ugly controller. I know these things because I own one and I did my research. People will disagree with because they have a Xbox360 and they will not accept the truth. As you noticed I did not mentioned anything about the Wii. That system is not for true games but little kids and people who know nothing about hardcore gaming. This system is made for real Sony fans that will stop at nothing to get the best.
