Author's Review

I am not the type of person (contrary to the heading of my review) that exaggerates. This television is HANDS DOWN the finest picture I have EVER seen. Better than any projection. Better than any plasma, better than any LCD. I researched all of the above and compared and compared and I have to tell you, nothing holds a candle to the picture of this tv. It's not the cheapest thing in the world (unless you were considering buying a plasma or LCD then it is right in the money) but it is amazing. I paid around $3,500 from Circuit City. The TV includes a spare "lamp" should it ever go out. It has great features as well. It has a built in TV guide. It has a great picture even on regular programming, which is often the death of many LCD tvs. The coolest thing is that I have expanded basic cable with no box, but the tuner in the TV pulls in the high def channels anyway!! whenever I research something I check epinions and cnet. Check the reviews on CNET for this tv.
