Not totally satisfied...

We've owned this juicer for about 3 years and have had to have 3-4 pieces replaced and need to have 2 more sent soon. The same piece continues to break (we're on the third time now). Granted we're juicing 5 lbs of carrots per day, which can be tough on a juicer, but they assured me that this juicer could handle it...so why it keeps breaking, I'm not sure.

The overall product is easy enough to use, somewhat lengthy in cleaning, and we expected dryer pulp and more juice.

One great thing about this product, is that the company/customer service is very helpful and quick to remedy the situation upon encountering a problem (they can be hard to get in touch with initially, though). The product has a 5 year warranty, which is good since parts have been breaking, but at least they replace them quickly.

I'm not sure that I would purchase another of the same.
