Pros: Great sound, good noise cancelation, comfortable
Cons: dangling battery compartment, expensive
The Bottom Line: At the office to silence computer fans, etc, these are great. For flying consider the Boss headphones or much cheaper canalphones on a budget.

Review: General Experience
I have to admit that I have mixed feelings about these headphones. At first I really loved them, but I'm starting to develop more of a love-hate relationship with them. Comfort Maybe more... |

Pros: Excellent noise reduction; light weight and compact; comfortable, very good sound.
Cons: Price
The Bottom Line: A great noise cancelling headset. It's lightweight and compact, so you'll actually use it. The price is also much (found it for $120 on the web)

Review: I recently purchased the Sennheiser PCX300, to replace a panasonic noise cancelling headphones that I had--mostly because of comfort, as they were too big and would be somewhat painful if worn for extended periods of time.
The PCX300 are... |

Pros: Small size, decent sound, headphones still usable with dead batteries. Half the price of Bose
Cons: The slight inconvenience of a separate battery/electronics housing
The Bottom Line: Unbeatable choice for small noise cancelling headphones for less than $150.

Review: My son went off to college, and I re-inherited the lawnmowing task that I happily passed on to him when he was a young teen. At least now, I thought, the job would go faster if I could listen to podcasts while mowing.

Pros: Definitely works. I'd rather own one , than not having one.
Cons: Annonying Battery low Alarm
The Bottom Line: Good for the buck. Not as expensive as Bose. And Seinheiser still holds its name in professional sound production.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: After reading so many reviews of many noise cancelling headsets (sony, bose, seinheiser), I decided to go with te PXC-300. I don't have any comparative experience with noise cancelling headsets. After much research, I was looking for something...

Pros: Compact, light, small earpieces, unpowered mode, half the price of Bose headphones.
Cons: Separate battery pack, no independent volume control. Static build-up can shock.
The Bottom Line: Great noise cancellation at a reasonable price. Maybe as good as Bose or better.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Update: Wore these on the plane across country and they worked wonderfully. They're light, block noise, and I could sleep just fine. Careful with incorrectly grounded audio sources as the static charge may build up and shock you through the right...

Review: If they worked properly they would be great.
But after a month they started emitting a very loud buzzing noise when in noise-cancelling mode. This noise is almost deafening, so it means I can't use the noise-cancelling feature at all. I... |
