Review: Intro
I bought this many months ago when it normally retailed for about $119.99 and I got it on sale for $49.99 without having to go through the hassle of rebates or coupons. Currently the lowest price I have seen for the SanDisk... |

Pros: U3 (for some), quick reads, retractable connector
Cons: U3 (for some), no lanyard included, super light (feels cheap), slow writes
The Bottom Line: Retractable USB connector, now in cheaper (construction) form!

Review: Color me impressed.
Last week, I was tinkering with an 8-GB USB 2.0 flash drive I had purchased on Woot for about $35. I loaded it with a portable web server, ftp client, file editor and browser and my work data so I could work on a... |

Cons: none
The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend this to anyone

Review: I currently have a couple of flash drives that I use at work but I found that they weren't going to be useful with a recent job I working on. I was needing to transfer a very large file (1.3GB) between two computers and the largest flash I had was a...

Pros: Tons of storage, retractable connector is nifty, and above all the price is right.
Cons: Comes packaged with shovelware that you have to jump through hoops to uninstall.
The Bottom Line: A flash drive is a flash drive. The problems come along when someone tries to make one otherwise. If the U3 component were optional it's be a perfect score.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I've yammered on about flash drives before, and make it a general policy not to yammer about flash drives at all unless there's something particularly special about the...

Pros: Durable, very fast reads, U3 is surprisingly useful
Cons: Slow writes, just feels cheap even if it's not.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend it. Might be a little slower than expected at writing, but reading is where it's most useful. Size is great too.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: First of all, I can't really comment on what others might be paying for this because I had someone get mine on a Black Friday sale for $15 (no rebates needed). I just couldn't pass that up for a 4 gig USB drive of any type. As of this writing the...

Pros: U3 Launchpad Avast! antivirus Bright LED data light Compact design with retractable male USB port
Cons: Reported slow data transfer time Product logos quickly wear off the body
The Bottom Line: As far as USB thumb drives go, you should be satisfied with the 4GB Cruzer from SanDisk.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I was surprised to have read some on the online reviews of this product. It seems that many a nit-picking nerd were complaining about how 'painfully' slow the SanDisk 4GB Cruzer is in transferring data. What gives! I've had mine for about a month,...

Pros: 4GB capactiy, retractible USB Connector, convenient portable size, U3 compatible
Cons: Not the fastest USB Flsh drive on the market
The Bottom Line: Not as fast as other drives, tests about average, but 4GB size, retractible USB connection and U3 compatibility make it worthy.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Two years ago I was WOW'ed by a Lexar 1 GB Jumpdrive (see previous review). I can honestly say that in that two years I've certainly put it through its paces and am still quite happy with it. But lets face it, 1 GB is not nearly enough anymore. It...

Pros: Small, lightweight, retracting USB plug makes unit more compact, no cap to lose.
Cons: Have to remove U3 to use as USB mass storage device.
The Bottom Line: Excellent choice in a thumb drive. I have purchased several for my MP3 collections and have never had an issue. Retracting USB plug is far better than competing models.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I had purchased a new car stereo that has a front panel USB input for using a thumbdrive so when I saw a good deal on a SanDisk Cruzer Micro in the 4 GB size I thought I would give it a try.
