I returned mine to Micro Center

I recently purchased and returned my Samsung color laser printer because it did not meet my expectations. I thought it was really cool because of it's size and easy to replace toner cartridges but this unit missed the mark. It is really noisy even though they claim it is ultra quiet. It has a loud clicking sound because of the self alignment it does before each print. The color prints were decent for the cost but painfully slow. I read quite a few reviews and can't believe this is getting good ratings. In order to print envelopes and other preprinted items (invoices, deposit slips etc) you have to pull the tray, remove paper, load new item then reverse the whole process when finished. Samsungs monochrome printer has a slot for this and I am not sure why they removed it. If you dont mind the noise and the paper loading issues then I'd say it probably worth the money because of it's size and ease of operation but boy is it slow in color. My HP 6L laser jet is about ten years old and is a lot smoother operating with nearly whisper quiet operation. I will keep looking for something better. PS. Would a free USB cable be too much to ask?
