Almost makes ironing enjoyable

Why did I wait 40 years to get one? The price had always deterrred me, but this iron is worth every $. I always thought an iron was an iron until I used my daughter-in-law's Rowenta. Then I knew I must have one. My ironing goes faster & my clothes look professionally pressed. I wear a lot of linen & cotton, and no iron I've used has given me the same good results on these fabrics. In addition to the high price, another deterrent was the weight of the iron. I've found this actually makes ironing easier--I don't have to bear down on the iron when ironing heavily wrinkled items. Another plus is the great steam the iron produces. In short, I love this iron. I can't say I love ironing, but this iron makes it faster & easier.
