Ricoh Aficio SP C210SF All-In-One Laser Printer

Whenever I need to print an envelope I need to set aside at least 5-10 minutes per envelope to allow time for cleaning feed rollers and resetting the machine. I telephoned Ricoh Tech Support twice (Good response the second time - The first time I called the tech I spoke with was completely incompetent.)and was told that the machine was not designed to print envelopes because they're thicker than single sheet paper and that I should purchase a separate ink-jet printer to print envelopes(funny - that's not mentioned in the promo materials), but that opening the back and using a damp rag or sponge to clean the feed rollers would help the problem. I did this and it did help, but it's still not unusual to spend about 5 minutes getting a single envelope printed. I've owned 3 laser printers and two ink-jet printers. None of them have been good at printing envelopes, however, this printer is, by far, the worst of them all.
