my favorite exercise video

I have all of richards sweatin to the oldies tapes and this one is my favorite. I love the music and the moves are so much fun.
It gives you a good workout but it's not so difficult that you can't get thru the whole thing. This one even has toning at the end of the aerobic section which I really like. You can use weights or soup cans or coke bottles like they're using.
Great old songs like "big girls don't cry", "jailhouse rock" and "breaking up is hard to do" Makes you feel more like your dancing than exercising!
I actually like working with these videos (now that's an amazing thing!)
I would definatley recommend this to anyone, it's fun.
