Almost worth it, but not quite.

I bought this from QVC, at a good price. I hooked it up and was impressed by the features. I don't know of another phone like it. However, the sound quality was a little noisy, especially compared to the Plantronics C12 I have. Nevertheless, I liked the cordless feature. After using it for a day, it died on me. I think it was a problem with either the base unit, or the battery. I think if the sound quality was better, and the headset part included a "mute" function, I'd be willing to try out a replacement unit. As it is, though, I'm just going to send it back for a refund.
