This is really a very fine unit. The sound quality is excellent. The range reaches most parts of our factory, and so we use the system as an intercom as well a telephone system.
Incoming calls can be transferred very simply and easily from one handset to another handset. Convenient separate mailboxes allow users to leave messages for specific recipients. We have set our system up so that a caller can ask for billing, production, etc. so that the caller can either speak to the right person or leave him or her a message. This system has truly increased the efficiency of our office. It is a bit expensive, but in my estimation well worth the price. Frankly, this system has more features than we are using.
