Returned 3 of them; all bad

First unit had software problems where it would not respond, or would respond incredibly slowly, to button commands from either the front panel or the remote. Took over a minute to eject a tape or DVD. Returned. Second unit had bad DVD deck, could not play store-bought DVDs beyond the first 10 seconds of title screen. Returned. Third unit could not eject VHS tapes once inserted. Tapes are far too snug in deck. Had to take cover off to crowbar the tape out. Do not buy this model.

Nice feature set overall.
Cons
Video quality blurry; bad closed captions. Software does not Stop, Eject, or Power Off reliably.
