Family Fun - Oregon Trail

Oregon Trail has been around since I was in grade school myself. I always loved the game when I was young, and I still do now.

In the Oregon Trail games you make a wagon party, buy supplies for your trip, and set off on your adventure. You try to get through the entire Oregon Trail without getting sick and loosing all your supplies. At the beginning of the game you will get to look throughout a small town, talk to different people and choose who you feel would be best to join your wagon team. After choosing all of your members, you proceed to the market where you decide what your party needs to buy to get through the long journey. You need to make sure to keep enough food to prevent illness, rest properly, and set reasonable paces so none of your members die. If you run out of food you can go hunting to get your own, you can trade other members for more food or supplies, or you can wait and buy more food/supplies when you reach a fort.

All of the Oregon Trail games are a very fun and educational for all ages.
