Great value hardware & software; so easy to use

We were subscribed to a service that provided customized messages four times a year. When we no longer needed to change messages we looked to buy the on-hold recorder, but the company wasn't selling.

We found the OHP-6000 and initially were skeptical of the low price. After buying it I would recommend it to anyone. It came complete with everything you need to record your own messages and customize everyday if you wanted. It comes with software that allows mixing of background music and recorded messages with fading in and out and intermissions. The final quality was very professional.

We are very happy with this product and continue to save a lot of money since buying it.
