I bought this camera maybe 7 months ago. I was heading to a wedding and needed a decent camera. I had a el-cheapo 3.1 camera and it was really crap. This was a good price and I figured I couldn't really go wrong with Olympus.
I also picked up a cheap 128mb card to go with it. I don't really like the fact that it uses that xd memory as I already have a few devices that use sd, but oh well. This is a nice camera and the memory is cheap enough. I have to say its a lot better camera than I expected considering the price. The shots all came out very clean and sharp.
Ease of use. It really is simple to operate, and it's completely intuitive. Worse case scenario just spend a little quality time with the manual and you'll pick it up right away.
Memory. Low built in but I never expect to get anything much out of internal memory anyway. Just buy a decent sized card and you'll be fine. Prices on the memory are dropping so you should have no problem.
I use this camera for both work and play. I travel a lot for business, and I use it to document the jobs we do. And after work each day it's nice to just explore and take some shots and it does a great job doing both.
I know it's "only" a 4 megapixel, but really I don't make a living with my photos. I'm not a wannabe photographer. I'm like normal people that take photos of special occasions, vacations etc. This camera fits that bill perfectly.
I've read reviews of this camera complaining about the lack of viewfinder. Myself, I stopped using the viewfinders once they started putting screens on these cameras. I find it easier to frame a picture with the lcd anyway.
