The best car I've ever had
Pros:
Destroys street racers in every competition and makes for comfortable road trips.
Cons:
Not at all sexy looking...a sleeper. Maybe that's good...cops ignore it.
The Bottom Line:
The best car I've ever had...worry free performance is not an oxymoron with the 2002 maxima

Author's Review
About 30 months ago I leased a Maxima SE fully loaded, and after 30 months of very pleased ownership I decided to trade it in on a new one. But with 58k miles on it, I'm way upside-down on my lease. So I've decided to buy out the lease and own the car. This decision is because after 58,000+ miles it's still a perfect car...everything about it is perfect. In fact the only thing I've had to do to it in 58,000 miles is replace the tires, which was good news, and change the oil and filters. I have every reason to believe that this is a half-million mile car. So I want to trick it out with body kits, a performance exhaust and performance intake kits. This is the first car I've ever had that was well worth throwing $10,000 into for performance and handling improvements. I'm 55 years old and I've had dozens of "performance" cars, but this is the first one with reliability and performance in one package. Having room for my whole family is a bonus. If I were to suggest an improvement to Nissan, I would suggest two sunvisors on each side for blocking the sun in front and to the side. That's it. It's, well nearly, perfect.
