Pink DS Handheld System

We bought these for my kids for Christmas 2007. They are fantastic, and the kids adore them. They are a bit pricey ($199 @ Wal Mart) but the enjoyment they get is worth it.

They can get together with their friends,and play interactively. The screen is a good size, and the graphics and display are crystal clear. Excellent quality. It feels substantial and not "cheap".

The stylus and touch screen is nice, especially for kids, as the screen isn't being ruined by fingers continually on it.

The battery life is excellent in my opinion...at least 15 hours or so. More than enough for a day or two of playing before needing a recharge. (however, I make my kids plug theirs in nightly..so it's always charged up for them).

The dual backlit screens are a great feature too. With options and such on the lower screen, and the gameplay and action on the top screen. Screen size is approx. 3 inches diagonally.

You can also plug in headphones, so as not to hear the gameplay sounds. The volume is not obnoxiously loud either, though.

it's a good size as well, measuring approx 5.5 in x 3 in, and well made.
