Pros: May work with older technology.

Cons: Incompatible with Vista, Overheats, Netgear doesn't recognize that as "Defective."

WG111T is NOT compatible with Vista (especially 64-bit) and will overheat and stop working within about 30 minutes. I slacked off and waited too long to really get into the problems since Netgear lies and says this product is compatible with Vista (and their phone support personnel confirmed that it is DEFINITELY not compatible with Vista 64, contrary to the information ON THE BOX, and contrary to their own support website

This is, of course, not true.
Netgear will NOT replace this product with a device that IS compatible.
So if you have Vista, RUN to where you bought this and GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
