Pros: Thin, light, reasonably solid, nice screen, backlit keyboard
Cons: Poor phone qualities (sound, performance), poor battery life, poor reliability.
The Bottom Line: Look elsewhere or wait for the next version, because as a phone, the Q is bad enough to cause relationship problems and lost business deals.

Review: I was pretty excited to hear about a Smartphone that doesn't use up a whole lot of pocket real estate, as I'm not ready to become a cowboy cellphone user sporting a holster. Sadly, the Q doesn't deliver.
Let me start by saying that this... |

Review: OVERVIEW:
I've had this phone for several weeks and love it. I've seen it take a bad rap from Blackberry lovers, Palm fanboys and windows haters. I've used all of them. Let me provide a reality based, unbiased (and hopefully useful)... |

The Bottom Line: Avoid this phone. Difficult/frustrating to use, not user-friendly, has issues.

Review: First of all, I work in IT and consider myself a geek. Yet, I find this phone difficult to use. First, the basic functions are difficult at best, and require several keys to execute. I'm not impressed with the difficulty of use for common functions...

Review: A longtime blackberry user, I switch to the Motorola Q recently and have been greatly satisfied. The modified Windows OS works seamlessly, and with Q's lightweight design and functionability I have yet to complain about this PDA's performance. Email...

Pros: Ease of use, large screen, very lightweight and thin.
Cons: Cursor doesn't always allow you to select every link.
The Bottom Line: This is a good phone, especially for those who want some of the features of a smart phone. Not for those who need more office type applications. I.e. word, spreadsheets.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: The Moto Q is a nice, light weight, thin smart phone. I ve had other smart phones like a palm one Treo, and blackberries. The shape of the Moto Q is much better than a Treo and is about 1/3 less thick with no antenna. The screen is good sized,...

Review: What a piece of junk. Took 6 hours online with verizon to get the internet option to work. To tether the unit you have to disable the phone and switch to modem mode. Even with the extended battery you have less than 6 hours with 30 minutes of talk...

Pros: Small, cutting edge, loaded with functionality, everything you need in the palm of your hand
Cons: intermittent problems, short battery life, small keypad
The Bottom Line: If I had it to do over, I would wait a few months to buy the Q until all the kinks are worked out.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: ... or as my friends named it--"Quseless". I had ordered this phone when I first got wind of it coming out. I was so excited and wowed by the new technology that I had to be one of the first to have it. Big mistake! To date, I have had to replace...

Pros: Nice display,good speaker, light.
Cons: Hard keys,no app shutdown,glitchy
The Bottom Line: This phone doesn't cut if for business. Glitchy software, poor key design & app management and no voice calling. Not a serious contender to the Blackberry or Treo.

Review: My friend is an assistant manager at a Telus mobility store and he suggested that I get this phone over the new Treo. He tells me that the new Treo is buggy as heck, so I went for the Moto Q. Now I wish I went for the Treo.

Pros: Does what is expected of this class of phones, with current American technology.
Cons: Sprint. Is this all the further we've gotten after five years?
The Bottom Line: Probably Sprint's best value. If you have to stay with Sprint, I would get this phone. Among the smart phones, this one hangs in there with the best of them.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Howdy folks.
