Pros: 1. voice quality excellent 2. sync with outlook easy 3. small/compact
Cons: 1. Dials on its own 2. Hands free feature is not hands free
The Bottom Line: Disappointed, yet I would buy it again compared to the other smart phones out there because of its size and ease of use. Just need to lock the keys.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: OK, so I didn't read the reviews here, I talked and talked and talked to people "in the know" The Q is supposed to be a "hot" smart phone, but I'm pretty disappointed.
The pros: 1. Voice quality on the phone is excellent. 2. The... |

Pros: small size, small price
Cons: not ready for market--full of bugs
The Bottom Line: Motorola rushed it to market and it has too many bugs to be useful as a real tool. Leave this phone to the teenagers and other light users.

Review: Having been a long time PDA user, I was greatly anticipating this reasonably priced, sleek smartphone. I was sorely disappointed with it's performance, and after extending my trial period to give it a fair chance, I have given up and am going back...

Pros: Size, Speed, QWERTY pad, volume, memory capacity, EVDO network, ease of use, camera, WM Player.
Cons: Battery life, newer model is still having bugs like the data-transfer arrows.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this for people considering getting into Smartphones. I don't think it'd be up to the demands of a executive, though seems it would lag behind Treo or Blackberry.

Review: I bought this phone to upgrade from my aging tri-mode phone from Verizon Wireless. And overall, I am pleased. The pictures it takes are very, very nice. And it can hold large amount of them, I have some 130 pictures saved on my phone, and I still...

Pros: Stylish, thin, nice sharp display, fixed some issues with previous PDA phones
Cons: Poor battery life, big problems with key quality, quirky when in the lock mode.
The Bottom Line: Buy it as a last resort, as I did.

Pros: solid construction, sleek, stable, clear and bright display
Cons: laggy, no standard headphone jack, battery life, easy smudge screen
The Bottom Line: If you would like a full featured phone with the ability to surf the web and form factor is an important selling point the Q is probably for you.

Review: The phone's OS is pretty stable however the interface is somewhat laggy. The phone and its interface has a bit of a learning curve but thats just motorola for you. After a few days of using the phone and getting to know where the buttons are on it,...

Pros: Lightweight and thin, Good quality color screen
Cons: Buttons stick, Too many unnecessary steps, Text messaging doesn't have chat thread
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend this phone until Motorola fixes the problems and comes out with a new improved model....In the meantime look at a Treo or a Blackberry

Review: I bought the Treo 600 two years ago through Verizon. The only thing I did not like about it was the poor reception in my area. This phone would cut in and out which was problem. Luckily I didn't use it too much for talking on so it wasn't a huge...
