Look at other headsets
Date of Review: Mar 21, 2007
The Bottom Line: Bottom line is don't bother. There are many better and lower priced units out there that work.
When I got my new phone, I researched all the headsets available through my corporate site. This one had so many awesome sounding features, I had to go with it. I got my phone (Treo 700P), and charged the headset. Here is where everything went wrong. After an hour of tyring to get it to connect, it finally paired and we were off, I thought. This is my first blue tooth device and I was instantly disappointed with the volume and clarity. After about 10 minutes though my ear started hurting. This thing pinches worse than any bully in grade school could. I kept trying to use it but gave up after a day. Since this was a corporate purchase, it was impossible to return. I then went to Motorola direct. They were quick to respond but were condescending and if you don't reply within one day, your case is closed. I have always loved Motorola phones but I will never buy a Motorola headset again. I even tried to give it to a friend of my wife since she had the same phone. She had it for a day and brought it back. It worked once on her phone and that was it. It never connected again. It is now in my recycle bin.
