Pros: Can't comment on product quality.

Cons: Microsoft rejects honest rebate submissions

Haven't yet installed this web camera, but Microsoft doesn't honor rebates. there was a little scratch in barcode (still readable). I recommend that you boycott manufacturer's that play games with rebates. It's just another way to bait and switch.
