Mazda Protege ES 2.0 (GT)

Pros: Great Handling. Very nice sport look. Interior design and space.

Cons: Need more power. Fuel consumption is average.

The Bottom Line: I have try Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla, the protege has a better look and a great feeling when driving.

Very nice car. I have it since 14 months and I had no problems so far, except for some little plastic noise around the dash that has been correct. Very good handling: it take curves really fast without problems.

The ES version with GT package is really the best way to buy it... it offer 16 inch wheels, sun roof, power windows and AC.

I have made a long travel with it (3000 km in a week) and I felt very comfortable. No back ache or muscle pain. Room for luggage greatly appreciable for a compact car.

The Mazda Web site is really poor...
