Maytag I will tell you about it Not Good!

I bought this in august... I have had 12 service calls on it, it does not get the dishes clean and leaves a residue.. it cost me a lot and I would think it would perform better than a cheaper model . I have been told I am using too much soap then I cut it down , then it was the water is not hot enough so then we turned up the water heater, then it was our water(which is public!) then we were told to use other products that we did (glass magic-lemi-shine and we always have Jet Dry in the dispenser) we have tried everything and it still leaves residue and sometimes the food is still on the dishes..the glassware is spotty as well even when we use these products that are supposed to boost the performance..every service person who came gave different advice we have tried it all it just does not perform well.I think it is a real Lemon( The service companies we have had the Maytag store,Maytag factory, A&E factory ,Code Red appliance )We were told the heater was broken on it so they ordered a new one and the guy who came to install it said the heater was fine. I am very frustrated with the whole situation. It also takes a long time to clean the heavy wash goes for 132 minutes and normal is around 120 minutes I had a kitchen aid that took only 45 minutes and the dishes were so clean when they came out
