Worthless Junk

This unit seems like a great solution for a USB print server and 4 port switch. Do not bother buying this unit unless you have hours to waste. The normal USB printer that I hooked up to it never worked. So I called on support to assist, after spending 45 minutes on hold they hung up on me. I then called back to get a compatible printers list so I could use this device with a different printer, I was told that they would email me the list. NEVER HAPPENED. I contacted Linksys Support via Live Chat on their website and was told that a compatible printer list was confidential and unavailable. I asked how could info that allows their customers to determine if the unit was the right choice be 'confidential'. I got no response.

I called four other times and was told it was available via a Answer ID doc on the website that never came up and on a subsequent call within 10 minutes was told that the Answer ID that I was told didnt exist.

I am returning my Linksys PSUS4 and refuse to buy any further products from them due to their clear lack of support and customer relations.
