Pros: NONE
Cons: Too many to list.
The Bottom Line: Spend the time beating your head against the wall instead, its much cheaper.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: This unit seems like a great solution for a USB print server and 4 port switch. Do not bother buying this unit unless you have hours to waste. The normal USB printer that I hooked up to it never worked. So I called on support to assist, after...

Pros: Metal construction. Cheaper then Netgear that has no switch ports. Integrated with switch nice!
Cons: The unit locked up the whole network.

Review: I got this working on 2 computers within about 30 minutes. I am an advanced user and thought the setup instructions were fine. Driver install didn't start automatically I had to click on it from the menu. I had to unselect printer offline to start...

Cons: Runs very warm, work very limitedly.

Review: This device does not work the way they state on the box. Either the wizard never finds the device or the software says it can't talk to it. It does print, but with only one way communications (two way is important when trying to see just how ink is...

Pros: Delightful color scheme. The blue is very nice. The contrasting gray is swell.
Cons: The thing didn't work. The salesperson told me it only works with "simple" printers.
The Bottom Line: Stay away from this POS. Don't make the mistake I did.

Review: Linksys is run by morons. I first went through the install process on my Canon printer by myself. It wouldn't work, so I called tech "support". After an hour of going through the install process, disabling my firewall, turning off my anti-virus,...

Pros: If it had worked, it might have had many.
Cons: Difficult to set up, only works for a brief time after that.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: My first one ate its own power supply after a few days. Not sure what went wrong, so I exchanged it for another of the same model. Both the first one and the second one were invisible to the setup utility, but visible by using a web browser to...

Pros: Nice small form factor and 100 MB ports are great.
Cons: Not compatible with HP? Seems odd for a company like Cisco.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: This will not work with the HP Laserjet 1000 printer.
It sees the printer, but can't communicate with it. Any PC's can see the printer also, but can't print. |

Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: Simply doesn't work. The worst con of all.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I have spent hours trying to make this device work. I tried two different ones; first was DOA, the second at least worked, but though it would print its own test page readily, I simply could not coax this thing to work with either an HP PSC950...
