LG LDF6810 Built-in Dishwasher - EXCELLENT

I purchased this dishwasher from an on-line appliance store. I did a lot of research on appliances since I just remodeled my entire kitchen. After seeing a demo of this dishwasher at a local store, I then searched on-line for the best price I could find.

I could not be happier! This is, BAR NONE, the most QUIET dishwasher on the planet! I can stand right next to it while it is running and cannot tell if it is even on. It cleans GREAT! The dishes come out cleaner than washing by them by hand! I really can't think of a bad thing to say about it. I have never had a dirty dish, pot or glass from this unit. Glasses come out spotless. Pots and Pans shine like they were new. I was a bit afraid paying this much for a dishwasher but it is worth EVERY penny!

From the moment it arrived, I knew I had something special. The insulation on this unit is the best I have ever seen and the sides actually have metal around the insulation even though you will never see it which tells me LG put a lot of thought into the design.

The quality of this unit exceeds all my expectations! You will not be sorry purchasing this unit!

I love the styling and the fact that all of the controls are underneath the lip so I do not see anything but the stylish stainless steel handle and front making it a very sleek look.

If I had to give any area of where it could be improved, I would say that the the silverware rack on the bottom shelf is a bit unusual and not designed really well. The middle part has a top that does not flip at a 90 degree angle but rather it lifts about 2 inches vertically making it difficult to place knives, spoons and forks in it with easy access. I just took that top part completely off of the silverware tray
