Leaves Clothes Damp due to fabric softener sheets being used

Pros: Really do like the dryer. It is very easy to use and is very quite.

Cons: Leaves clothes damp. Starts off with approx. 50 min. after 20 min it stops

We have had a problem with dryer stopping early. Called LG and they said do not use softener sheets as it confuses the sensor.
I find it very hard to believe this was not discovered by their testing. I was using a fifteen year old Kenmore and it did not have a problem with the sheets.

Lg needs to provide this information in its operations book and fix this--oh yes-- I was told to use liquid softener at half strength.
Really do like the dryer other than this.
