Vizio L30WGU 30 in. HDTV-Ready TV

I bought a Vizio L30WGUe LCD HDTV and at first loved the picture. After 9 months the video went out- the sound would stay on, but the picture would go blank. The TV was under warranty and I had to ship it to CA to Vizio (it cost me $80 in shipping). After 3 weeks they sent me a brand new TV of the same model. In just 1 month, it began taking 5 to 10 minutes for the video to come on after first powering the unit on. It has progressively become worse. Vizio will not respond to my emails (it took about 4 tries the first time also), and I can't get a response or call back on their telephone support either. In my experience, this model has been a lemon. However, it's problems and the terrible customer support has made me a boycotter of Vizio products for life. Maybe I just got two bad sets, but the odds of that are pretty great.
