A Dog Toy Stuffed With Treats Whats Not To Love

When looking for toys that would entertain our newest family member I had a couple of requirements. One that they would be easy for her to carry around. Two that they would be able to withstand heavy play. In other words no stuffed toys that would be destroyed in a matter of minutes. That is when I found the Kong Puppy line of toys.


The Puppy Kong comes in three different sizes small,medium, and large. I purchased the large size of the Puppy Kong for Diamond since she is a lab and fast growing. The Puppy Kong is 4.25 in. in length and made of three soft rubber balls attached that resembles snowman. This has a hole in both ends a small one at the top and larger one at the bottom. This is so that you can add small treats to the inside of the toy to help keep the puppy entertained longer and they get a reward for all of their effort.

This is definitely Diamonds favorite toy. I either put dog biscuits or Puppy Kong Stuffing Spray in this and she goes to town chewing on it. She loves for us to roll it or bounce it for her to fetch also. On hot days I put water in this and freeze it for a cool relief treat. All you do is put peanut butter in the small end and put in water to fill then freeze standing up right. I do this while Diamond is outside playing since it is so messy.


We have not had a problem with Diamond tearing this up and she is quite hard on her toys. This is a durable toy that Diamond enjoys playing with and chewing on. I love the fact that she enjoys this and leaves our shoes alone.
