Day one - right out of the box -nothing printed. Called support line & they sent me a new printhead that I got in 2 days. Fast service there. Got it to print, but it was very, very slow (3 pages per minute) & specs say 30 ppm for B&W. I called again on a Sunday. Downloaded Firmware. still no improvement. The rep said to call back on monday and they would replace it. I called on Tuesday and got the run around and very frustrated! I ended up taking the piece if junk back to the store for a full refund. Not the quality I expected from Kodak after such a wonderful informercial!
