Pros: dual fuel function;

Cons: slow burners service is poor quality quality of the product; was shipped dead on arrival

This is my first experience with Kitchen aid and it has not been a good one so far. I will not recommend this brand name (Kitchen aid) to anybody based on:
- quality of the product:
The dual fuel range was shipped brand new with a basic defect that prevented using it for two weeks. As soon as we plugged in, an error code was displayed and we had to call service which took 2 visits (and elapsed 2 weeks downtime).
About a month later, all gas igniters stopped working and a greenish flame was coming out of the burners. Service came to diagnose and we have not heard back from them yet. sigh..
- support and service:
Support and service (in Canada anyways) is contracted out and is really poor. Technicians do not inform the clients on estimated service restore time, they do not call back to schedule repair time and do not keep the most basic spare parts in stock.
