Kidco Hearthgate G70 Fireplace Gate

     I have recently been spending more time at my in-laws house and they have a fireplace in their living room.   naturally with a 2 years old, he is curious of the fire burning and try to get close, which scares me.   So in return I went out and purchased the KIDCO HEARTHGATE G70 FIREPLACE GATE at Target for 189.00 and I love it.

     There are 5 interlocking gate peieces (sections) that can be set straight or at slight angles made of steel.   There is a walk through gate that can open both ways with a lock that can be unlatched single handed easily by and adult.

     The gate is black, non toxic and heat resistant.   Very easy to set up.   It is about 30 pounds and about 30" high and very sturdy.

     The KIDCO HEARTHGATE G70 FIREPLACE GATE fits perfectly around the base of a 5 sided base fireplace and the metal does not get hot.

     I now feel at ease when we are at my in-laws and my son is around the fire.   Now he can watch the fire burning and play near it and I do not have to worrie about him getting hurt.   I am so glad I made this purchase.
